Summer break

As I’m not getting any holiday this summer I thought I’d at least take a break from the blog. I don’t know for how long but I don’t think I can keep away more than a few weeks. See you then.

Brace yourselves, changes are coming.

This blog is taking up a lot of time. Don’t get me wrong, I love writing about advertising. But I don’t want to spend so much time stressing through 4 posts a week. I want to dig deep and write thoughtful things about these ads. Whether it’s good or bad I want to take my time and think it through. That’s why I’m changing the format. After 134 posts where some have strayed a bit from the theme, like the agency love posts and the Volkswagen themed 100:th post, it’s time for a new format.

The plan is to keep posting 3–5 times a week. But to mostly post even shorter than I do today. The time I save on doing that will allow me to write a longer post that I’ll post once a week or every other week. Something with more substance, that digs deeper into a subject.

Tomorrow you’ll see the first example of the new, even shorter, format. And hopefully you’ll see the first example of the new longer format next weekend.
